Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Kingdom40, TranzformU’s discipleship program, and its associated TU Extension subscription. By enrolling in Kingdom40 or the TU Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Kingdom40 Digital Program

TranzformU offers a Bible-based digital discipleship program called Kingdom40, delivered online. This program has specific payment structures, access periods, and policies as outlined below.

It is the student’s responsibility to review and understand these Terms prior to purchasing enrollment.

2. Billing & Refunds

Subscription-Based Enrollment

  • All subscription-based memberships are monthly and automatically renew each month on the same day.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges, and enrollment access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are considered only in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at TranzformU’s sole discretion.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. This can be done through the student’s account profile.

  • Students who require more than 12 months to complete Kingdom40 are eligible for a reduced subscription rate only after completing 12 full consecutive monthly payments at the standard rate. Paused, failed, or restarted subscriptions do not count toward this requirement, as payments must be consecutive. It is the student’s responsibility to contact TranzformU well in advance of their next billing cycle to confirm eligibility, so there is sufficient time to apply the adjustment. The new subscription rate will begin once eligibility has been confirmed and will not be applied retroactively. Please contact payments@tranzformu.org.

  • Household accounts do not qualify under Subscription-based enrollment.

Tuition-Based Enrollment

  • Tuition-based enrollments are a cost-effective one-time payment option with no cancellations, pauses, or refunds for unused months.

  • Kingdom40 tuition grants 12 months (1 year) of access from the date of purchase.

  • Kingdom40 is a self-paced program designed to be completed in approximately 3 months; however, additional time is built into the program to allow flexibility for life circumstances.

  • For this reason, TranzformU cannot grant extensions, pauses, or cancellations due to illness, hospitalization, job loss, travel, or other personal events. Students are fully responsible for managing their own time and life circumstances within the access period.

  • Students who do not complete Kingdom40 within the 12-month access period may continue through a TU Extension subscription, which will be offered in a reminder email 30 days before tuition expires.

  • Household accounts are only available under the 1-year tuition option: Spouses may be given their own account for a small admin fee of $100, but must be registered within 30 days of enrollment to receive the same 12-month access period. Household accounts do not carry forward after the initial 12-month tuition period expires. If a spouse wishes to continue with their own account after the access period, they will need to purchase their own TU Extension membership.   • Refunds are considered only in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at TranzformU’s sole discretion.

3. Program-Specific Information

Kingdom40

  • A structured discipleship program delivered across 4 Intensives, consisting of 62 lessons and over 120 hours of Bible-based teaching.

  • Designed for intentional, progressive transformation.

  • May be completed at the student’s own pace within the access period.

  • Available through either a one-time tuition payment or a monthly subscription, depending on enrollment option selected.

TU Extension

  • Available only to students who have previously purchased the Kingdom40 1-year tuition option and require additional time to complete or review the program.

  • Offered exclusively as a monthly recurring subscription.

  • Provides continued access to Kingdom40 content.

4. Account Access & Usage

  • Program access is granted to the registered student only.

  • Sharing login credentials, account access, or program content is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Content Ownership & Copyright

  • All TranzformU materials, including videos, written content, downloads, and live session recordings, are protected by copyright.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from TranzformU.

6. Termination of Access

  • TranzformU reserves the right to revoke access to any program or membership for violations of these Terms, misuse of content, or inappropriate conduct.

  • No refunds will be issued if access is terminated for these reasons.

7. Updates to These Terms

  • These Terms may be updated periodically.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the platform.

  • Continued participation in TranzformU programs constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
